ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - A man accused of killing a manager of the St. Louis American newspaper was convicted Thursday.
Prosecutors say Rico Paul killed Paul Reiter in 2011 after Reiter interrupted a burglary in the city's Dutchtown neighborhood.
This is the second time the case has gone to trial. The first ended in a hung jury.
Paul was convicted of first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and attempted burglary.
