CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (KSDK) - Former presidential candidate Governor Rick Perry will be in St. Louis this week.
It's all part of his aggressive campaign to convince Missouri businesses to relocate to Texas. The Republican will headline the Grow Missouri conference on Thursday night.
Perry will focus on how his home state has benefited from what he calls "pro-growth" tax policies. The Texas governor has been running radio ads that tell Missouri business owners they'd be better off in Texas.
His speech is at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Double Tree Hotel in Chesterfield. Tickets are free.
