Andrew Zimmern eats a brain sandwich and head cheese in 'Bizarre Foods: St. Louis'

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - If you've just been really craving some pig snout lately but haven't been able to find it, the Travel Channel's Andrew Zimmern might be able to show you how to get it on Monday's episode of "Bizarre Foods," which highlights some of St. Louis' most offbeat culinary treasures.

During the episode, he'll sample a brain sandwich at Schottzie's and head cheese at Gioia's, tour a Bosnian Smokehouse and enjoy some Vietnamese food at Mai Lee Restaurant.

He also enjoys more traditional barbeque at Bogart's Smokehouse and explores the famous Soulard Market.
