Suspects drive stolen truck into Lee's Pawn and Jewelry

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - St. Louis police have released surveillance images of suspects wanted in connection to a smash and grab Tuesday morning in north St. Louis.

Witnesses told police they say several suspects back a stolen Dodge Ram pickup truck into Lee's Pawn and Jewelry in the 4100 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive shortly after 5 a.m.

The witnesses said they saw the suspects get out of the truck and run to a dark-colored two-door sedan that may have been an Audi or Mercedes-Benz Coupe with five-spoke wheels and silver trim around the windows.

The suspects then ran back to the building, which is when the witnesses called police. When officers arrived the sedan had fled the scene. The truck was still in the building.

According to the owner of the store, nothing was taken.
