ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - A vote could come Wednesday on the long delayed NorthSide Regeneration Project.
Developer Paul McKee is sitting on an $8 billion plan to redevelop a two square mile area north of downtown, and breathe new life into north city. It includes thousands of homes, office, and retail space
McKee is looking for $390 million in TIF money to make it happen.
The St. Louis TIF Commission held a hearing on the proposal last month, and is expected to vote on it at the next meeting this Wednesday.
