ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The bills are piling up for the unaccredited Normandy School District.
So far, Normandy, which is paying tuition for students who transfer to better schools and covering the cost for bussing students to Francis Howell, has received bills from other school districts totaling $750,000.
The district needs to identify what they'll cut, but administrators won't talk specifics yet.
"Part of what we do every day is reevaluate everything and we'll continue to do that," Normandy Schools Assistant Superintendent Mick Willis said during Wednesday's school board meeting.
The board is expected to give more details about finances at the next board meeting, which is slated for the end of the month.
