SOUTH HOLLAND, Ill. (KSDK) - A South Holland man has been charged with conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine in Williamson and Jackson Counties.
Albert Wesley, 29, who also goes by "Boog" or "Boogie", is alleged to have committed the offense over the course of 2012 and early 2013.
His first appearance in federal court was on Monday. He is being held without bond pending a detention hearing on Thursday. Eric Scott Russell, 47, is a co-defendant in the case and is also being held without bond until a jury trial scheduled for Nov. 18.
The federal offense could mean up to 20 years of prison, a $1,000,000 fine and three years of supervised release for the two men.
