EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. (KSDK) - A federal grand jury indicted a Troy man on related to child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois Stephen Wigginton.
Tyler Bergland, 28, faces charges of knowingly receiving and possessing child pornography. According to Wigginton, Bergland used a desktop computer to download child pornography images and photos for six months. He also had a CD of child pornography.
Bergland could receive as much as 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and supervised release for life.
