ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Imo's Pizza got an unexpected boom in business Thursday after a challenge between St. Louisan Jon Hamm and late night host Jimmy Kimmel Wednesday night.
"I get a lot of abuse from people in St. Louis whenever I make fun of their terrible, terrible pizza place," said Kimmel.
He even went so far as to say he doesn't like toasted ravioli either.
So what does Imo's Pizza have to say about this?
"The message from Imo's is the next time Jimmy is in town we want to extend an invitation for him to come out to our Imo's test kitchen. We want to prepare all the things we are famous for. So open invitation, Jimmy," said Dutch Guidici, an Imo's franchise owner.
This isn't the first time Kimmel has talked about his dislike of Imo's. He also brought it up with St. Louisan Jenna Fischer in 2012.
The good news is he doesn't dislike everything about our city. He's a fan of Pappy's barbeque and Ted Drewes.
