Authorities seize 95 meth labs on Wright County property

MOUNTAIN GROVE, Mo. (KSDK) –Authorities seized 95 meth labs from four homes on the same Wright County property Saturday – the most Sheriff Glenn Adler says he's seen in one location.

Eighty seven of the 95 labs in-progress came from a single mobile home, forcing Task Force members to wear breathing masks, and sparking concerns of a potential explosion. Authorities found a 2-year-old child -- who has since been placed in protective custody -- inside one of the residences.

The following four Mountain Grove residents have been charged in connection with the labs so far:

Alan Gasperson, 49: Charged with attempting to manufacture a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance

Zachariah Lambert, 24: Charged with attempting to manufacture a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. He was wanted on a parole warrant from the Department of Corrections.

Amber Mayberry, 25: Charged with attempting to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child

Colt Lambert, 20: Charged with attempting to manufacture a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

They are each being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond.

No additional information was immediately available. An investigation into the case is ongoing.
