Police said they threatened to waterboard the woman before she was raped.

FRONTENAC, MO. - Two men are now facing charges after they threatened to "waterboard" a woman if she didn't have sex with them, according to Frontenac police.

According to a police report, Jeremiah Horsfall-Steinbrenner and Alexander Doering, both 22, lured a victim to their home under false pretenses.

Once the victim was in their home, the two men took her phone, and threatened to handcuff her and "waterboard" her if she did not have sex with Horsfall-Steinbrenner, police say.

Doering recorded the act on Horsfall-Steinbrenner's cell phone, according to charging documents.

Both men have been charged with rape or attempted rape in the first degree and felonious restraint.
