Arrest made in Broadway Oyster Bar shooting

ST. LOUIS – An arrest has been made for the shooting of a patron at the Broadway Oyster Bar last week.

Chief Sam Dotson told NewsChannel 5's Farrah Fazal on Monday one person was taken into custody. That person's name will be released if charges are filed.

The shooting happened around 2 a.m. Friday. The victim, identified as a member of a local band, was shot in his shoulder by a stray bullet that police say came from a confrontation in a parking lot at the White Castle restaurant across the street from the bar.

The victim was treated at a local hospital and released.
