East St. Louis, Ill (KSDK) -- William Bill Cosby is accused of killing someone at an East St. Louis bar.
East St. Louis police said the St. Clair State's Attorney office charged Cosby, 27, with first-degree murder.
Police said Antwan Thomas, of Cahokia, Illinois, was shot at Yogi and Jackie's Bar and Grill in the 1300 block of North 9th Street around 2:16 a.m. Monday.
Cosby is not in custody and police are looking for him.
