Maryland Heights, Mo (KSDK) - Maryland Heights police are looking for two men after a robbery and abduction.

Police said the men went to a home in the 11400 block of Pineview Crossing Drive Friday morning and used some sort of rouse to get a man and woman to allow them inside the home.

Police say the woman was never harmed or taken.  She escaped on her own.

The man was abducted, and put into the trunk of a car.

Police say the man was able to pull the release hatch at some  point and jump out of the trunk.

Authorities say it is very clear the attackers knew the victims.

The victims were checked out at a local hospital.
