Belleville, IL (KSDK) - The St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office charged a 71-year-old Dupo, Illinois man for allegedly having inappropriate sexual contact with a young girl.
According to the criminal complaint, Charles Carrico committed sexual acts with a four-year-old between April 1 and July 3.
Carrico was charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He remains in custody at the St. Clair County Jail on $200,000 bond.
If convicted, Charles Carrico faces between 3 and 7 years in prison or up to 48 months of probation on each count.
