ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Charges have been filed against a St. Louis man for the murder of 25-year-old Prince Patton.
Michael Miller, 35, has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
Police say the incident happened Wednesday in the 900 block of Bates around 12:45 a.m.
Witnesses told police Patton was talking to Miller when Miller pulled out a handgun and shot Patton several times.
Authorities say Miller then got into a white SUV with tinted windows and illuminated running boards.
Patton was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A female suspect was also arrested, but she has not been charged with a crime.
