St. Louis (KSDK) - A Troy, Illinois man has pleaded guilty to embezzling money from the St. Louis Community Credit Union.

Jamie Askew, 36, pleaded guilty to one felony count of embezzlement, which carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.

Approximately $104,755 was taken from the credit union between July 2009 and May 2012.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
