BELLEVILLE, Ill. (KSDK) - Charges have been filed against a man accused of threatening a St. Clair County Assistant State's Attorney.
Norman J. Stuckey, 58, has been charged with one count of threatening a public official.
Court documents state Stuckey threatened Benjamin Henning, which caused reasonable apprehension of future bodily harm.
Bond is set at $50,000.
Stuckey is currently held at the St. Clair County jail. He was previously found guilty of domestic battery, unlawful use of a shotgun, and unlawful use of a weapon. He has also been ordered to surrender any firearms in his possession.
If convicted, Stuckey faces up to five years in prison.
