ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - The Circuit Attorney's Office has issued warrants for manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident against 21-year-old Arron Smith.
Smith was traveling eastbound on Natural Bridge at a high rate of speed when he struck 55-year-old Durand Stewart.
Stewart was killed on impact.
Smith left the scene of the accident, but was arrested a short time later.
