SHILOH, Ill. (KSDK) - An O'Fallon, Illinois man has been charged with trespassing.

Shiloh police say they received a call Saturday about a man inside a home without permission in the 100 block of Innsbruck Lane.

The homeowner heard someone inside her home and called 911.

When officers arrived the man, identified as Thomas Bray, was taken into custody.

Police say this was not a random break-in.

Bray was charged Monday with criminal trespass to residence. He is currently held in the St. Clair County Jail.

Bond is set at $75,000.
