Kirkwood police searching for car break-in suspects

KIRKWOOD, Mo. (KSDK) – Police are asking for the public's help identifying two people involved in a number of area break-ins.

Police suspect a man and woman for more than 15 car break-ins that occurred in the Kirkwood area Oct. 23, including the theft of a wallet with debit card and cash.

According to Kirkwood police, the debit card was used for $300 in purchases at two convenience stores and at a Walmart along Highway 30 in Jefferson County, Mo.

The man is described between 25 and 35 years old, red hair and wearing a blue-collared shirt with a white long sleeve undershirt. The woman is described between the same age range with blond over dark brown/black hair and wearing a black jacket over a pink shirt.

The two drove a dark-colored Dodge Intrepid or Chrysler Sebring.
