Lincoln Co. Deputies looking for sex offender on run from law enforcement

LINCOLN COUNTY, MO. - Deputies are looking for a man they said failed to register as a sex offender and is now on the run from law enforcement.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said William Roderique, 45, failed to register as a sex offender in late July. When deputies went to his home, they found it was vacant, and neighbors said he moved more than a month ago.

Roderique was charged and found guilty for first-degree sexual assault of a girl under the age of 15 in May of 1995. They said he is considered a persistent offender with past arrest charges for felony and misdemeanor crimes.

Deputies do not know if where Roderique is or if he has access to a car.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 636-528-8546 ext. 3247 or 636-528-6100.
