Man stabbed to death in south St. Louis

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - A 31-year-old man is dead after he being attacked by a knife-wielding man following an argument in south St. Louis.

According to police, the altercation broke out around 11:45 p.m. Monday in the 4400 block of Wallace.

The unidentified victim was stabbed in the chest and eventually made his way to the St. Louis City fire station on South Kingshighway and Christy where fire officials helped the man and got him to the hospital. The man died a short time later.

Authorities continue to search for the other man alleged to have been involved in the incident. Anyone with any information is urged to contact CrimeStoppers at 1-866-371-TIPS.
