O'FALLON, MO. - Police have a man in custody after they say he forced a car dealership employee from a car during a test drive and drove off.
O'Fallon Police said the suspect, 46-year-old James Noel of O'Fallon, Mo., did not have a weapon, and the dealership employee was not injured.
Police said they received a call from the Marshall Ford dealership on the 1000 block of Terra Lane. The caller described the car and told police it was heading east.
The information was relayed to multiple agencies, and the car was eventually stopped by St. Ann Police on Interstate 70 at the Lindbergh Boulevard entrance ramp.
Noel has been charged with second-degree robbery. He's being held on a $100,000 bond.
