Pastor accused of investment scheme

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - A St. Charles County pastor is accused of running an investment scheme, bilking 11 investors out of more than $3.4 million.

James Staley of Passion for Truth Ministries, has been indicted by a grand jury. He's accused of using investments made with Wealth Financial International to get $570,000 in commission for himself.

Staley is not yet in custody.
