Rolla man accused of drug, weapons violations

PHELPS COUNTY, Mo. – A Rolla, Mo. man is accused of possessing drugs and weapons.

Deputies with the Phelps County Sheriff's Department were called to the intersection of Highway CC and County Road 7360 in Rolla around 8:30 a.m. Jan. 22 for a report of suspicious activity.

When deputies arrived, they arrested 39-year-old Ryan Keith Guske for drug and weapons violations.

Police say they Guske was in possession of a rifle, shotgun, methamphetamine, marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, morphine, drug paraphernalia, and stolen credit cards.

Guske is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of morphine, and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Bond is set at $100,000.
