Second escapee and accomplice taken into custody

ATOKA, OKLA. - The second escapee of the Pulaski County Jail and the woman helping him flee from police were captured in Oklahoma Tuesday.

According to a press release from the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department, Dustin Richardson and Marlee Davy were taken into custody by state and local police in Atoka, Oklahoma.

Richardson and Davy were at a McDonald's restaurant and surrendered peacefully.

On Monday, a Pulaski County jailer was accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the two inmates.

James Sherrell was taken into custody Monday evening at a rural home just outside Crocker, Missouri, in Pulaski County.
