St. Louis man pleads guilty on felony credit card fraud

St. Louis, Mo. (KSDK) - A St. Louis man could face up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 for credit card fraud, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office Eastern District of Missouri.

Brandon Harper, 29, pleaded guilty and admitted to charging $11,400 to an account without the card owner's consent in March 2013, according to court documents.

Restitution to the victim is mandatory as a part of his sentencing.

Sentencing is set for July 31.
