Thieves steal trucks, trailer in four-hour theft of vacuum store

Three big trucks, two trailers and thousands of dollars worth of construction equipment was stolen from Vac-It-All early Tuesday morning.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO. - A South County business is recovering from a brazen four-hour theft overnight Monday into Tuesday.

Thieves took their sweet time stealing thousands of dollars of equipment from vacuum business Vac-It-All. Three big trucks, two trailers and thousands of dollars worth of construction equipment was stolen from the store.

The four hour theft happened between 11:00 p.m. Monday and 3:00 a.m. Tuesday off Green Park Road in South County. Two of the stolen trucks were located because they had GPS locaters in them, but only one of the three suspect was arrested. Police were also able to recover a stolen trailer.

Investigators aren't releasing the surveillance video at this time, but they are reviewing it to track down the other two suspects.
