Two in custody for De Soto stabbing

DE SOTO, Mo. – Two men are accused of stabbing a De Soto man several times early Sunday morning.

De Soto police were called to a home in the 700 block of South Second at 2:20 a.m. and found a 31-year-old man with multiple stab wounds. The victim told police two men came to his home and stabbed him. He was able to identify the suspects.

The victim was airlifted to a St. Louis-area hospital for treatment.

Authorities say the stabbing was a continuation of an argument from earlier in the evening that happened at a home in the 500 block of East Main.

Aaron Wilson, 17, and Jacob Peppers, 23, are each charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree assault. Police say they recovered a kitchen knife and box cutter believed to have been used in the assault.

Wilson and Peppers are held without bond.
