Dellwood alderwoman Linda Cunningham dies

DELLWOOD, Mo. (KSDK) – Devoted Dellwood Alderwoman Linda Cunningham died on Friday after a lengthy illness. She had served as Ward I alderwoman since April 2011.

She lived in Dellwood for over 30 years, working as a telecommunications operator assistant for McDonnell Douglas Corporation (now Boeing) in 1973. She retired in 2012, and was a frequent volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

Colleagues say she cared deeply about the residents of her ward, and fought to improve streets and parks.

Funeral arrangements have not been announced.
