BONNE TERRE, MO. - The United States Geological Survey (USGS) confirmed a 2.6 magnitude earthquake hit east of Bonne Terre, Missouri Tuesday morning. It was reported around 6:30 a.m.
According to USGS, earthquakes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans.
No injuries have been reported.
