Eureka, MO (KSDK) - A Rockwood School District teacher has been named a finalist in the 2012 Missouri Teacher of the Year program.
Janice Wenger is a third grade teacher at the Center for Creative Learning. She is one of six teachers named as a finalist.
On August 6 Wenger will be in Jefferson City to interview for the honor.
All six finalists will be honored at the Missouri Teacher of the Year banquet October 15.
