KSDK -- Students, parents and staff at St. Clare Catholic School in O'Fallon, Illinois hope to make the Thanksgiving holiday a little brighter for needy families.
They assembled 30 baskets on Friday morning to be given to families in need through St. Vincent de Paul. The baskets included non-perishable items and turkeys.
A group of moms put together the project to give the students another way to put their faith into action.
