Endangered panther goes back into wild 10 months after car accident

HENDRY COUNTY, Fla. (WBBH) - After ten months of rehabilitation, Florida Fish and Wildlife biologists released an injured panther kitten back into the wild Monday.

The endangered animal spent the past 10 months on a conservation while she healed.

Monday evening, after a little hesitation, she darted into 750,000 acres of southeast Hendry County.
