Endangered person advisory issued for missing 2 year old girl

CEDAR HILL, Mo. (KSDK) – The Franklin County Sheriff's Department has issued an endangered person advisory after a two year old girl did not return from a visit with her non-custodial grandparents.

Ellanna Jade Spear was last seen in a white 1995 Jeep Cherokee with Missouri license plate no. FK4J7M on Friday, Feb. 14 at the Summit Valley Apartments in Gray Summit.

The suspects are 38-year-old Coleen Eva Faye Jones and 45-year-old Scott Russell Jones.

Spear was dropped off at her non-custodial grandparents' house on Friday for a visit. Her custodial grandparents received a note on Sunday that they would not be returning the child.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call 911 or the Franklin County Sheriff's Department at 636-583-2567.
