St. Louis (KSDK) - You may think you know all about CPR, but there's a big change now to how it's being taught.
And it means you no longer have to do mouth-to-mouth breathing to be doing it right.
Sheila Boul, Clinical Educator at SSM St. Mary's Hospital, joined First @ 4 to talk about the so-called hands-only CPR now being taught .
The next free class is Saturday, June 2, at SSM St. Mary's. You must register to attend by calling 1-866-SSM-DOCS.
