St. Louis (KSDK) - This Saturday women are invited to the Shrewsbury Recreation Center for an event that will hopefully improve mental and physical health.
Wednesday on First @ 4 Heidi Glaus bent over backwards to learn more about the five hour event better known as Power Angels Fitness Challenge.
It will include yoga, zumba, a self-defense class, meditation and lunch. The cost is $50 and all proceeds help to further the work of The Angel Band Project which provides healing through music for survivors of sexual violence.
