14 arrested in massive car break-in ring

LINCOLN COUNTY - Ronald Goad, Sr. and Kevin Thomas are being charged with Felony Child Endangerment and Receiving Stolen property.

Goad and Thomas had teenagers stealing from cars and homes; then trading the teens for marijuana and cash.

A total of 14 people have been arrested including adults and minors. 17-year-old Dylan Brookshier, of Foley, is already charged with felony Stealing of a Firearm and Second Degree Burglary.18-year-old David Crisel, of Foley, was also charged with felony Stealing of a Firearm.

Goad and Thomas both admitted their involvement in the criminal ring and led investigators to areas this evening in Lincoln County where they stored and hid the property. So far, Investigators have cleared 24 cases.

There are still believed to be victims in Lincoln County who have not yet reported the break-ins.
