Brentwood starts new crime prevention program

Brentwood police are taking new steps in hopes of better protecting you from a recent uptick in crime.

Police are starting a program called Neighborhood Eyes.

Homeowners with security cameras can register with the department,  and if there's a crime in the area, police may contact you to see your footage.

In the past couple months, Brentwood police have reported two stolen cars, a home burglary, and an armed robbery.
