City starting removal of trees threatened by Emerald Ash Borer

The City of St. Louis will begin the removal of trees affected by the invasive Emerald Ash Borer Wednesday.

According to a press release from the City of St. Louis, they will begin at 10 a.m. on the 5200 block of Waterman Boulevard.

Thirteen-thousand ash trees, lining St. Louis city streets, will be chopped down over the next few weeks.
