Crews start to dismantle airport roof

ST. LOUIS - The hard hats were out at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport Thursday.

The crews climbed on top of the main terminal to start tearing off the old copper roof. It will be replaced with new copper to recreate a look from 60 years ago.

The $7 million roof renovation is part of a massive overhaul to the main terminal.
