Federal lawsuit against West Lake dismissed

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A Federal lawsuit claiming radioactive waste from the West Lake landfill spread into surrounding neighborhoods has been dismissed.

Nuclear waste was buried in West Lake back in the 1970s. The suit claimed radioactivity was spreading as far as three miles away.
