Fenton man indicted on owning, transporting child pornography

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) – A Fenton man has been indicted on felony child pornography charges, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for Eastern District of Missouri.

Ryan Stephens, 28, faces transportation and possession of child pornography charges after his prior military conviction of possession of child pornography.

Between January 2010 and October 2013, Stephen owned child pornography, according to court documents. Last year, he took a thumb drive with the pornography from Missouri to Arizona.

He faces between 15 and 30 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.
