Ferguson Chief looks at diversity initiatives

FERGUSON, Mo. – Saturday, Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson met with a small group of leaders to discuss how to improve the department's relationship with the community.

The group of 15 people talked for about an hour.

Chief Jackson requested this meeting, according to reports, and they walked away with two specific recommendations, one for community and one for police department.
