Katz v. A-B: Defense continues its case

ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – Monday marked the start of the third week of testimonies in the Queen of Beer vs. King of Beers trial.

The trial pits Francine Katz, a former high-ranking executive with Anheuser Busch, against the brewery in a gender discrimination lawsuit. Katz said she was not equally compensated for her work compared to her male counterparts as well as predecessor.

Last week, Katz's side rested their case, and the defense started theirs.

Tuesday, the defense continues with their side. Closing statements could come Wednesday or Thursday.
