BELLEVILLE, Ill. – Local chefs served up locally-grown food Saturday night at Belleville's fifth annual Field to Fork dinner.
Chefs, including Meaghan Boyer Coltrain of Element, Jenny Cleveland of Cleveland-Heath, Tim Faltus of Bellecourt Manor, Josh Galliano of The Libertine, Joe Hemp of Robust Wine Bar and Jennifer Kennedy of J. Fires' Market Bistro. prepared a six-course dinner, which was created from fresh ingredients locally grown in southwestern Illinois.
The event benefited Heartlands Conservancy and its land conservation program.
