One person dies in Arnold house fire

ARNOLD, Mo. – One person is dead after a house fire in Arnold.

The fire started at a home in the 2300 block of Starling Airport Road Tuesday afternoon.

Ron Harder, a spokesperson for the Rock Community Fire Department, says one resident of the home died. That person's name and gender have not been released.

A dog was rescued from the home and given oxygen.

There's no word yet on what caused the fire.
