Politician teacher will not get job back

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - A former Francis Howell teacher who lost his position over a political career will not get his job back.

Bryan Spencer was elected as a State Representative as a member of the tea party last year. Instead of quitting his teaching job, Spencer hoped to take unpaid leave, but that request was rejected.

Spencer took the case to court, and on Friday afternoon, a jury ruled in favor of the school district.
