ST. LOUIS - A local business owner has launched a t-shirt sale fundraiser for flood victims in Eureka, Valley Park and Pacific.
Elizabeth Arway, owner of Creative Entourage, designed a line of t-shirts and tank tops that will be locally produced and printed to raise funds for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, which works alongside local disaster committees to help families evacuate their homes before the flooding and provides housing and storage for affected families.
“I’ve been very inspired seeing the community rally together during these recent disasters, and wanted to come up with a creative way to celebrate the ‘Eureka Strong’ motto, while also doing something to support flood victims,” Arway said. “My husband (PJ) is a Eureka High graduate, a Eureka High coach and a teacher at Rockwood’s ILC in Eureka. We live here, we work here and we’re very proud to be part of the Eureka community.”
According to a press release, all proceeds from the sales of the shirts will be donated to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conferences in Eureka, Valley Park and Pacific.
T-shirts are available for pre-sale through May 7 and can be purchased here.
